I found the staff very friendly. Mr Hamdy at reception did upgrade my room without cost. I also really liked the aqua park. It was excellent.

My room was big. I appreciated the daily cleaning service. The staff were polite and always willing to help! The beach access included clear water.
The room furniture was old and needed updating. The air conditioning was weak. It barely cooled the room. The food got repetitive after a few days, though there was enough of it.

The reception team was really helpful! i appreciated the effort from ahmed in housekeeping. He kept our room super clean. the staff answered every query, and the night entertainment suited adults and children well. the water activities available were fun.
The food choices became repetitive after a few days. I desired more variety. it was a bit disappointing, though manageable.
